When Should I Apply Mascara with False Lashes

From our nourishing Lashscara to our innovative range of invisible lashes, at Hello Dame London we like to give you a plethora of options to make your eyes look more alluring and to help you feel more confident.  When you layer our Lashscara with our Invisylash lashes it will take your eyes from fab to phenomenal.  And you don’t need to be a skilled makeup artist to do it either. 

Here are four really simple tips on how to apply Lashscara with Invisylash to give you the stunning lashes of your dreams.  Our top tip is to keep things simple and use a light touch. 💓

1 Choose The Right Mascara

The first step to applying mascara with Invisylash is choosing a formula that is easy to clean off and isn't too cloggy!  You want a brush that won’t clump and smudge but instead lets your natural lashes blend seamlessly with your invisible lashes.  Our lengthening Lashscara has a brilliant, flexible brush for precision blending and the formula is full of Arginine, Pumpkin Seed Extract, Swertia Japonica Extract, Fruit Extract, Biotinoyl  Tripeptide-1 AND Vitamin B2 to nourish and condition your natural lashes whilst you wear it.

 

 

2 Look Down Into Your Mirror

This mirror technique is helpful in placing Invisylash in the right spot with ease, and it’s also helpful when adding Lashscara. Simply put, it lets you get a better look at your lash line so you know if you’re starting at the right spot with your application and that you haven't got clumps of product everywhere.  When applying your Invisylash, we recommend starting from the outside and working inwards. Our Invisylash Minis range come pre cut into 3 sections to make applying lashes and Lashscara an absolute doddle.

 

3 Use The Lashscara Layering Technique

Clean your eyelids to remove any grease or makeup residue

Curl your lashes with either a metal or heated lash curler

Apply a light single layer of Lashscara

Apply a light layer of SuperBond

Allow to dry for 60 seconds

Carefully remove the Invisylash Mini from the box using our Tweezer Duo set

Press each section UNDERNEATH your natural lash

Wait for 60 seconds until dry

Seal by using a heated lash curler for a really secure 24hr hold

Apply the rest of your make up as normal

4 Add Some Colour

While this is less of an application point and more of a style tip, you’ll be happy to have this in your makeup arsenal.  If you have blonde or auburn hair, you may wish to go for a brown mascara and a brown lash to soften the overall look.  Invisylash Alluring comes in brown with a clear SuperBond.  However, these lashes will need trimming into sections before you start.
