Your EASY guide to applying false lashes for the first time

In this blog post I'll be sharing my favorite tips for applying false eyelashes with ease - so that every woman can enjoy the glamorous lash effect at any age. If you feel like your eyes could use some extra va-va-voom then keep reading!
Here are my top tips:
- The first step is to find the right lash type for your eye shape. If you look at our website we specifically tell you which lash suits your eye shape.
- Next, you'll want to measure the length of lashes against your eye to make sure they fit. Even though our lashes are shorter and lighter than standard lashes you may still want to trim them. We offer a fantastic range at Hello Dame and there are lashes to suit any occasion.
- Apply a few coats of mascara on your natural lashes before applying your false ones. This gives the false lash something to rest on especially if your lashes are thinning or are a bit on the sparse side. You can also curl your natural lashes if you want to go the whole hog.
- Apply several coats of liner to either the lash or your eyelid and make sure you allow the liner to dry otherwise your lashes WON”T ADHERE properly.
- Gently place the lash on your eyelid and using our Angled Eyelash Brush, press the lash into position.
- Repeat this process on the other eye and then apply mascara again if desired.
